The story of Copernia.

Education does not need one more adjustment. It needs a Copernican revolution.

AI is redrawing the world, and education first and foremost. Tool demos are no longer enough: what is needed is a systemic vision that embraces all the societal, educational and professional stakes, a solid command of the science of learning, and robust decision frameworks. Copernicus waited thirty years before publishing De revolutionibus (1543): redefining the centre takes evidence, method and courage. Astronomer, physician, jurist and economist, he never kept disciplines apart. Neither does Copernia.

How it all began.

Copernia, the school of educational transformation, was born within Galileo Global Education, a group with unique experience: 63 schools, 19 countries, 300,000 students, across all disciplines and formats. Its partner schools, emlyon business school, European University Cyprus, Macromedia and Noroff, bring their academic expertise in the four levers and their hands-on experience in educational innovation. And from its campus in the Latin Quarter of Paris, or with its partners, Copernia stays open to the world.

They shared their expertise in cognitive neuroscience, innovation design and management. Together, they formed Copernia — for you, whether you are a student, a professional or an organization seeking to transform education.

What sets us apart: a three-step method.

Understand the context
Start from the impact sought for learners and for society, then read the system without complacency: what AI changes in jobs, markets and practices, what learners and employers expect, what regulatory and legal frameworks such as the AI Act set out. And ground your transformation ambition in convictions, not in tools.
Mobilise four levers to identify the opportunities and myths of technology
Society – Mind – Machine – Management: four angles of analysis to tell what technology really enables from what it merely promises. Start from the context and test your societal convictions, build on the science of learning, identify the solutions that work beyond pilots and beyond the myths, and steer the change.
Redesign the experience, then the organisation
Derive the design of the learning experience, then adapt the organisation to that design, not the other way round: governance, teams, tools, business model.

Founder & Director of Copernia

After 25 years as a CEO and CFO in international companies, I asked myself a fundamental question: what truly transforms our world? The answer was clear: education.

Education is facing unprecedented disruption. Within five years, 60% of the global workforce will need to be reskilled. By 2030, nearly 40% of key skills will have changed. But who will lead this transformation? Who will bridge the gap between technology and human learning for an education that transforms the world for the better?

That is why we created Copernia. If you are ready to shape how millions of people will learn tomorrow, join us. The future of education is not just about technology — it is about visionary leaders like you.
